In addition, when using our specific services (such as Video Editing or Motion Graphics), you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
Our Content: The content on this website, including the portfolio videos, code, design, text, and graphics, is the intellectual property of HamVFX and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our portfolio without express written consent.
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the final video files delivered to the client become the client's property. However, HamVFX retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials for promotional purposes unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed.
Quotes: Prices listed on the website are estimates. Final pricing is determined based on the specific scope of work agreed upon in writing or via email.
Payments: Work usually commences after an upfront deposit or full payment, depending on the project size. All payments are non-refundable once the creative process has begun, as we are selling time and expertise, not just a physical product.
We strive for perfection. However to prevent "scope creep," our standard service includes a specific number of revision rounds (typically 2 rounds) as defined in your project quote.
Additional revisions caused by a change in the client's original instructions or new footage will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
HamVFX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. While we take every precaution to secure your raw footage, we recommend you retain backups of all files sent to us.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
